How to Pay?

You can pay for your orders in two ways: either with cash when your order arrives (Cash on Delivery or COD), or online using a credit/debit card or another online payment method. If you pay online, we’ll need to check for any potential fraud before processing your order. We only process orders once they’ve passed this check.

Getting Your Order

We deliver orders to places around Lahore. Your order should reach you within 24 hours after you’ve placed it. Once you’ve ordered, we’ll get in touch with you to confirm your order and where to deliver it. After confirmation, you can expect your order within 24 hours.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with what you buy from us at QZI Dairy Mart. If for some reason you’re not satisfied, we offer exchanges within a certain time frame to make sure your shopping experience is smooth.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

• You can exchange QZI Dairy Mart Milk, QZI Dairy Mart Butter, and QZI Dairy Mart Yogurt within 2 days of buying them.
• For QZI Dairy Mart Desi Ghee, exchanges are accepted within 6 days of purchase.

Canceling Your Order

You can cancel your order anytime before we start processing it. Once we’ve started processing, it’s too late to cancel. We consider an order processed once our representative calls to confirm it.

Paying Online

If you pay online, we’ll need to check for fraud before processing your order. We only proceed with the order if it passes this check.

Delivery Delays

Sometimes, things like bad weather or other unexpected issues can delay deliveries. If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know. Delays caused by things beyond our control won’t be our responsibility.

No Minimum Order

You don’t have to meet a minimum order amount. However, if your order is less than Rs.500, we’ll add a delivery charge of Rs.200. Orders over Rs.500 qualify for free delivery.

Making Complaints

If you have any issues with your order, like changes, delays, cancellations, or complaints, reach out to our customer service. We promise to address your concerns within 24 hours. If your goods arrive damaged or opened, let us know within 2 days of receiving your order.

Confirmation

When you order, make sure to provide an active phone number and email. The prices on our website include sales tax as required by Pakistani law.
